Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nogog88 website at nogog88.net, creating a player account, or placing any wager through any section of the platform — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, Table Tennis, or Ice and Fire — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplemental policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms communicated at the time of a promotional offer.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the nogog88 platform immediately and refrain from creating or accessing an account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

nogog88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a player account on nogog88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. For players in jurisdictions where the minimum legal gambling age is higher than 18, the higher age threshold applies.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.

nogog88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Documents accepted for verification include a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Where nogog88 discovers that a minor has successfully registered or used the platform, the account will be closed without delay, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, less any amounts already withdrawn. nogog88 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs age verification controls at the point of registration and at the point of first withdrawal.

Account Registration

The following obligations apply to your nogog88 account on a continuing basis:

Deposits & Withdrawals

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit. Depositing via a third party's bKash or Nagad account is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.
• nogog88 reserves the right to request evidence that a payment method belongs to the account holder prior to processing a withdrawal where the deposit source is unclear.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method and account number used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Where a player has deposited via multiple methods, nogog88 may split the withdrawal across those methods proportionally.
• A completed KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is approved. nogog88 may request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests at its discretion.
• Funds derived from bonus awards are subject to applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled in full.
• nogog88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

nogog88 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns — including promotions timed around BPL season openers, IPL windows, T20 World Cup events, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus issued by nogog88 carries a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x). This means the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered the stated number of times before any funds derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page and in the confirmation message sent at the time of bonus issuance.
• Contribution rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general rule: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 25%, and sports betting wagers at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%. • Expiry: All bonuses and free spin rewards expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are voided automatically. Extensions are not granted.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager is ৳500 unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Exceeding this limit constitutes a violation of bonus terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Players may not stack or combine bonuses unless a promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible verified players only. nogog88 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion or from all promotions at its discretion, including where abuse of promotional terms is suspected or confirmed.
• No cash value: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash outside of the normal wagering and withdrawal process.

Prohibited Conduct

nogog88 maintains the integrity of its platform for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Match fixing and insider information: Using information not publicly available — including insider knowledge of match outcomes, team selections, or any non-public sporting data — to place wagers constitutes fraud and is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions.
• Automated wagering tools: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, scraping software, or any automated mechanism to place wagers, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, or placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure (so-called "bonus hunting" or "arbing") is prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using the nogog88 platform as a vehicle for laundering funds of any origin is a serious criminal offence. nogog88 is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns and will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider after depositing on nogog88, or using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
• Harassment and abusive conduct: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward nogog88 support staff or other users — whether via live chat, email, or any other communication channel — will not be tolerated and may result in account closure.
• Circumventing account restrictions: Attempting to access the platform after a self-exclusion has been activated, or attempting to open a new account after a permanent account closure, is a violation of these Terms and of responsible gaming obligations.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, nogog88 reserves the right to void all wagers placed during the relevant period, forfeit any balances resulting from such wagers, and take such further action as is necessary and appropriate under the circumstances.

Account Suspension & Closure

nogog88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• A material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal or payment information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited tools.
• Receipt of a chargeback notification from a payment provider linked to the account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18, or is a person who has previously been permanently excluded from the platform.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the player's wallet will be held and will not be accessible until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and funds released. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and any balances resulting from the prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

Voluntary account closure: A player may request the permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting nogog88 support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure — excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Voluntary closure requests are processed within three business days.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their access to the platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period from their account settings. Self-exclusion options range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended for wagering and deposits, and nogog88 will suppress all promotional communications to the affected account. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nogog88, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagers placed on the platform, whether or not the outcome was influenced by a technical error subsequently corrected.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access due to technical maintenance, server failure, third-party provider outage, or circumstances beyond nogog88's reasonable control (including natural disasters, power failures, civil unrest, or telecommunications network failure).
• Errors in odds, game configurations, or bonus parameters that were published erroneously and have been subsequently identified and corrected by nogog88 in accordance with its errors and omissions policy.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the player's mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash) or banking institution.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security or from your disclosure of login credentials to a third party.

In all cases where nogog88 is found to bear liability, the maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nogog88 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may be announced with varying notice periods. During maintenance, wagers already placed and settled prior to the maintenance window will not be affected; wagers pending settlement at the time of an unplanned outage will be resolved in accordance with nogog88's settlement policy once the platform is restored.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fairness and transparency. Any dispute arising from your use of the nogog88 platform should be directed to our support team in the first instance. nogog88 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and in good faith within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
